This general term is used to describe a company who will undertake specific tasks to judge peoples opinions on your product or service. This could be a judgment mad from your internal staff... i.e. an employer wants to know about the opinions of the staff that it is working for, or alternatively (and most usually) it is a judgment made from opinions of the general public.
Pr Services can help you fathom out what people want of you, and it is extremely useful for `taking a step back`. Your own opinions on your products are perfectly valid, but there is something to be said for the opinions of the people who actually buy your products and services. If you are the MD of a successful business, then it is going to be very helpful for your business to find out what people think of you. This will give you all the information you need to make valid improvements to your business processes or product.
